WHAT TYPE OF REPORT DO YOU REQUIRE?

• ASSET MANAGEMENT, TREE HEALTH AND RISK ASSESSMENT REPORTS – typically commissioned by corporate campus, HOA or municipalities that are managed for public recreation or amenity spaces.
• REPORTS FOR DEVELOPMENT SITES – typically commissioned by builders, drafts people, architects, property developers, contractors, engineers, and organizations carrying out project or contract management.
• SITE ARBORIST – typically commissioned by organizations and contractors to manage tree assets on a given site. May be a long term or short term commissioning over the life of a contract.
LEVELS OF REPORTS
Many arborists will not give fixed prices for their reports. They sometimes do this due to inexperience, lack of knowledge, or not knowing what they are required to deliver. Arbor Expertise Inc. created what has become a clear and transparent way of billing for your job based on what is on your site. Of course sometimes more than one report is required for a single job, and we can customize reports according to your needs.
If you email us a site plan or picture, we are happy to provide a fixed quote. If we foresee a variable, we will advise accordingly.
We offer our reports in 3 different levels, each level clearly identified. Our reports are formed and designed in the following formats;
Verbal Consultation with an Arborist – No written report. It is designed as a tool for professional identification of overall landscape environmental problems on your property. Pruning history, soil deficiency, pest problems, irrigation issues, hazards and assets liability valuation.
Arboricultural Report Level 1 – Basic report visual ground inspection. A level 1 report is designed to look at a single tree for the purpose of establishing its health and or liability. It gathers basic details such as tree Genus, Species, Height, Spread, Age, Health, Major Defects and Retention Value.
Arboricultural Report Level 2 – Base level report for tree health management. A level 2 report is designed to identify tree and landscape issues by physical analysis. It covers all aspects of a level one report as well as documentation for review and future management. It is often required for tree management issues in relation to plant health and liability for, government or commercial planning.
In relation to Council planning, this is one of the most commonly sought tree reports.
Arboricultural Report Level 3 – Standard Level of Report for a Development Site. A level three report is designed as an in-depth implementation of arborist plan of action. To include test interpretation of solving issues relating to the site that may include Arial inspection, site disturbance and or dissection of plant material.
